Carits Inc. was incorporated in the State of California in January 2010. We focus on the technological research and development. Carits plans to set up laboratories in the company for the research and development. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Qingyan Technology Management Corporation which is a subsidiary of RITS.

Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen (“RITS”) was jointly established by Tsinghua University and Shenzhen Municipal Government in December 1996. RITS has established four research and development centers consisting of "Center for Optomechatronics & Advanced Manufacturing", "Center for Electronics & Information Technology", "Center for Advanced Materials & Biotechnology" and "Center for New Energy & Environmental Technology". RITS’s business includes design and development of digital TV & multimedia, force-sensitive quartz resonator, fast infrared body temperature detectors and so on.
